Yes — you can create a page that is only available via direct link. It is not currently possible to password-protect a page.
To get started, visit the Add Content page and select Custom Page. (Navigate to this page under the My Content section of your dashboard sidebar.)
When you’ve created your custom page, switch the toggle next to “Show a link to this page in my header” off. This ensures your page can only be accessed via direct link.
