How to cancel your subscription
Your Author Websites subscription can be managed via the Billing page in your dashboard. (Navigate to this page by clicking Settings > Billing.)
Open your billing portal, then click Cancel Subscription.
Domain subscriptions
If you registered a domain via your Author Websites dashboard, you also have an annual domain renewal subscription. Cancelling your Author Websites subscription will automatically cancel your domain renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time per the instructions above or by reaching out to authorwebsites@bookbub.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the platform until the end of the paid term. Any websites, landing pages, or promotions created in Author Websites will be deactivated at that time.
Canceling prevents future charges but does not issue a refund for the current cycle.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods or for cancellations made after a billing cycle begins.
All charges are non-refundable once processed.
Policy changes & exceptions
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion in cases of technical issues or extraordinary circumstances.
