Visit the Billing page in your dashboard to make changes to your website subscription.
- If you have a Pro plan and switch from monthly to annual billing, or vice versa, your payment will be pro-rated to the end of your previous billing cycle.
- If you cancel your Pro plan, your account will automatically be downgraded to a Free plan.
If you’d like to fully deactivate your website or delete your account, please contact our team.
Domain subscriptions
If you registered a domain via your Author Websites dashboard, you also have an annual domain renewal subscription. This is managed separately from your website plan subscription.
Cancellation & refund policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time per the instructions above or by reaching out to authorwebsites@bookbub.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the platform until the end of the paid term. Any websites, landing pages, or promotions created in Author Websites will be deactivated at that time.
Canceling prevents future charges but does not issue a refund for the current cycle.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods or for cancellations made after a billing cycle begins.
All charges are non-refundable once processed.
Policy changes & exceptions
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion in cases of technical issues or extraordinary circumstances.
