We would advise you to be very cautious regarding anyone offering representation or asking for money to promote your book, and we recommend thoroughly researching any services or opportunities for book promotion that are pitched to you online.
There isn’t a way for Author Websites users to prevent visitors from contacting them through their Contact Me page, save for disabling the form completely. If you’d like, you can turn off your Contact Me form if you want to fully prevent anyone from contacting you through your website.
You can also add your own filtering to your email account to keep certain messages from arriving in your inbox.
